Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel an order up to 5 minutes from placing the order on our website.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.
An order may be subsequently cancelled by Vera La Fleuriste after you have received a confirmation and Vera La Fleuriste reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

Refund Policy:

Vera La Fleuriste takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please contact Vera La Fleuriste through our live chat or call us on our hotline number and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Vera La Fleuriste, we will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Policy:

During any product delivery made by Vera La Fleuriste, if the client is not available in the address specified in the system, the product ordered by the client shall not deliver to anywhere else. Within the framework of such a case, the member must accept all legal responsibilities arising from ordering a product to an address where he/she does not exist.

We offer delivery only within the United Arab Emirates.
Deliveries are made between Thursday to Saturday between 9am and 8pm. Please ensure to add any important details to your order that we need to know about, such as what time slot you would ideally like the flowers to be received by the recipient, although we can’t always guarantee times, we will always do our best. Delivery times may vary slightly.

For Abu Dhabi same day deliveries, place order before 1pm. For next day delivery, place order before 9pm. Rest of the Emirates, orders placed before 5pm can be delivered on the next day’s earliest delivery slot between 11am to 6pm.

Delivery will be suspended for incomplete delivery address. If so, you will be contacted for the complete address. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery. If the recipient is not present at the delivery location and time submitted by you, we will attempt to contact the recipient or leave a message/note with our contact details to reschedule the delivery. If occurred again, we hold the right to return the flowers to the main shop for receipt to collect or a reschedule delivery at the receipt expense. You may be notified upon this incident.
